Reservation Policy: A credit card is required to make and hold reservations. We charge the full amount of the stay latest upon check in. We accept Visa/Mastercard/Discover & American Express. Guests who book more than 2 rooms for the same check-in and check-out date are subject to the terms of a Group Reservation.

​Cancellation Policy: Bookings can be amended/cancelled up to three days (72 hours) prior to arrival. In the event you are unable to keep your reservation, you must cancel at least three days (72 hours) prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge. Cancelled reservations made within three days of the reservation date will be charged in full.

Pet Policy: We are sorry, but pets are not allowed on the property, with the exception of service animals. California law allows persons with disabilities to bring trained service dogs and psychiatric service dogs, but not emotional support animals, to all public places. Only dogs are recognized as service animals under Titles II and III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We do not allow pets in any of the inn rooms. If you have a service animal you must make prior arrangements with the innkeeper, without prior arrangements we may not be able to serve you. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged in the event that a pet animal is brought to the room without prior arrangements.

Group Cancellation Policy: Group Reservations are subject to an additional 3 month cancellation period with a 30% cancellation fee if cancelled within the 3 month prior to check-in.

Guest Responsibilities Policy: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss incurred to the room during their stay. Guests will be asked to sign a guest responsibility form during the check-in process.

​​Non Smoking Policy: The Davenport Roadhouse is a non smoking facility. Smoking is not permitted in any Inn Room or on the outside porch. A cleaning fee will be assessed to cover for any additional cleaning if smoking is detected.
The credit card used to hold or pay for the reservation will be charged to cover any damages.

Late Checkout: Late check out is subject to a $30 fee unless prearranged.

Maximum Room Occupancy: In the event that the number of guests exceeds the room maximum, a charge of $25 will be applied to the listed room rate for each additional guest over 13 years of age to cover for excessive use.

Additional Beds: Unfortunately we are unable to provide cribs, cots or roll-away beds.
​
ADA Compliances: The Roadhouse Restaurant is ADA compliant, however unfortunately due to the age of the building the Roadhouse Inn is not wheel chair friendly. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Special Requirements: Guests with Special Requirements of any kind must notify the innkeeper prior to arrival. Without prior arrangements we may not be able to serve you.
